Who I am
I'm Dr. Jeremy, an integrative family medicine physician.
My great-uncle was our pediatrician, and walking into his office never felt like a doctor's visit. He knew our names, our histories, and what worried our mothers before anyone said a word. That's the type of medicine I wanted to practice.
Before medical school I spent 17 years in acupuncture practice, more than 50,000 patient visits, listening to people who had been rushed out of doctor's visits. So I built Terrain Medical to be that kind of medicine: one doctor for everything, real time, and a phone number.

It's a 30-Minute Practice Introduction Call, by video, with me. Not a salesperson, not a coordinator. You tell me what's been going on and what you've tried. I explain how Terrain Medical works and exactly what it costs, no surprises. Then you decide. If it isn't a fit, I'll tell you straight and point you where to go.
Because first visits are 80 minutes, I can only start about 12 new members a month. After that it's a waiting list.
